Model Terms and Release Information
There will be a standard model release signed before the shoot begins.
TFCD - TFCDV We will provide you with an edited CD of the photos and video. These can be used for the models self promotion only, and only with credit given to DeliciuoslyDark.com for wardrobe, and 983 Productions for photography. No commercial use may be used. No editing of the pictures allowed.
If not 18 years of age, parent or legal guardian must give written consent and be present with you at the shoot.
We reserve the right to use the photos for our own use in any fashion or media. (We will not use in a demeaning way or be used in any porn site.) When possible, we will credit the model.
The Kevel Group L.L.C. is the sole owner of the photos taken and under copyright laws.
